Josh conveys the benefits of sandbag training clearly and covers a wide variety of exercises for beginners and experienced athletes. There is something on his DVD for everyone. In addition to covering proper technique, Josh covers some of the common mistakes that trainees make with Sandbag training and what to do to avoid them. Josh’s comprehensive DVD covers everything from explosive lifts such as snatches and cleans to core lifts such as Turkish Get-ups and Windmills. He also reveals some really interesting variations such as the Half Moon Snatch, Headlock Turkish Get-up, and the Alternating Sandbag Row.
